# CORRECTIVE ACTION IN TRAINING PROJECT TAKEOVER
An international IT company, located in 5 cities around Poland had been using the services of local language schools for a number of years. The company's training needs reflected its scope of activities and focused mainly on language training in English, German, French, Russian and Spanish.
The company turned to Worldwide School feeling disappointed with the lack of flexibility and staff shortages among local providers. It turned out that, apart from problems with comprehensive methodological standards and progress reporting, these companies were unable to adapt to rapidly developing business and new challenges.
The tasks faced by Worldwide School included the following:
- a nationwide recruitment drive to eliminate teaching staff shortages,
- establishing virtual classrooms for teleworking individuals.
Worldwide School successfully met these challenges while implementing a uniform standard of teaching and reporting across all the locations and, thereby, expanded its training portfolio by yet another satisfied Client. The solutions adopted by Worldwide School may also be applicable in similar or other training contexts.
